Tejaji and his companion set out on a journey, making their way through the garden’s expanse. Upon reaching a particular garden, they find its gates securely locked. The garden turns out to be of his wife Pemal. Tejaji ventures closer, discovering a Maali girl there as the entrance remains shut. With a sacred purpose in mind – to make offerings at the temple within the garden – Tejaji and his group seek ways to unlock the door. Their offerings include Gajra, Saree, and more. They hold the belief that reciting Lord Ram’s name will open the door, granting them access to the cherished space where they can fulfill their devotion.

Ab le Sawariya sameto thari mehrbaani ne, ambe mehrbaani ne
(O Sawariya Tejaji, we are grateful for your kindness)
Ab le Sawariya sameto thari mehrbaani ne, ambe mehrbaani ne
(O Sawariya Tejaji, we are grateful for your kindness)
Mhare kaayi re maathe maange
(What do you ask of me)
Devar lyre thari bairbaani ne
(Devar ji get your lady)

Kun ji khudwayo kuvan jaane bavdi
(Who has dug up this well here?)
Kunka toh baag te bagicha,
(Whose garden is this?)

(O dear Mali girl, whose is it?)
Kunka toh ye raeejake har reepan kardi noibdi

(This is Pemal’s (tejaji’s wife) garden)
Hatila makhi pemal ka
(This is our pemal’s garden)
Rajo ji khudwaya kuvan jaani bavdi
(And the well is dug by our King Tejaji)
Pemal ka, Pemal ka baag te bagicha
(This is Pemal’s (tejaji’s wife) garden)
Ye jhopan saara Pemal ka
(All of this shade is Raimal’s)
Pemaltoh ye raeejake har reepan kardi noibdi
(This space is Pemal’s)
