Zeeshan

Zeeshan is 32 years old and belongs to the 17th generation of Panipat-Sonipat gharana. He is from Kashmiri mohalla, Saadatganj, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. He learnt from his grandfather Ustad Vazir Hussain Khan. After his grandfather passed away, he moved to Kolkata with his father, and there he took lessons from Ustad Roshan Ali Khan. A few years later, In Bhatkhande Music University, he got a job as sangatkar in the Kathak Department of Bhatkhande Music University. He has performed in various major cities and stages nationally, such as Ahamdabad, Bhatkhande Jayanti in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, Mumbai etc. His major income comes from both his job and his performance.
