Tareekh Hussain is a Sufi singer who belongs to Rampur gharana. He found his interest in music from the legacy of his family. He lives in Badaun, Uttar Pradesh. In the beginning, he took his learning from Ustad Talib Hussain Khan and then from Ustad Vajahad Hussain Khan, and now he has been learning and performing with Danish Hussain for over 20 years. He performed at several places, nationally and internationally, with Danish Hussain, such as Goa, Africa, Jordan etc. He also works as a tailor, and although his major income comes from music, he does it on the side for some extra income.
