45-year-old Shiv Adhar has been playing the Nakkara and Dholak for about 30 years. His father was a musician too, from whom he learnt not just those two instruments but also the Harmonium and Naal. A farmer by profession, he frequently performs alongside the group and at other Sangeet events in the Band-Baaja.
