Mahaveer

It is very rare to see a western wind instrument used as a powerful melodic instrument in Indian folk genres. In Alha, the Clarinet plays an important role as a leading instrument. Mahaveer has been playing it for the last 20 years. He used to play the flute from his childhood. After that, he became interested in the Clarinet and took up the new instrument. And he can also play the Harmonium and Been. Majorly, he is a wind instrument player. For 18 years, he has accompanied Chotelal, performed on many stages, and done studio recordings with him, like Kanhaiya Cassette Jhansi and Anjali Studio Fatehpur.
