Laxman Pitle

Laxman Lavu Pitle 22, loves music and comes from Kingaon, Taluka Ahmedpur, District Latur. He’s in his first year of a BA program and has a strong interest in music. For the last four years, he’s been learning music taking after his mom, who sings well. Kurekar Baba has taught Laxman to sing focusing on bhajans, which are songs of worship. Music has always been something he enjoys, and his commitment to it has made him good at performing. Laxman wants to use his singing to share the Warkari community’s message letting others experience its spiritual side. His fondness for bhajans shows how connected he feels to his background and Maharashtra’s rich spiritual customs. Laxman hopes to keep improving as an artist and help keep Warkari music alive by giving heartfelt performances.
