Guddu

Guddu is a key player from a small village Suniniya in Uttar Pradesh. He plays organ and piano majorly. He plays the Harmonium in local folk music gatherings with Shrikrishan and other local folk musicians, and he also sings different folk genres like Banarasi folk songs, bhajans and Chetawni. Guddu belongs to a musical family his father and uncle used to sing, and he has learned from his father now for the last 20 – 22 years, he is playing the harmonium and singing in local areas regularly. His major income comes from his live performances.
