Ahsaan Khan

Ahsaan Khan is a folk musician from the Manganiyar community of Jaisalmer. Only at the age of 20 currently, Ahsaan Khan is one of the youngest generations of musical abilities in Rajasthan. His expertise lies in playing harmonium but he also knows how to play Khartaal, Dholki, Dhol, etc. 

He works as a farmer during the offseason of festivals in the state but works as a full-time folk musician for the rest of the year. Earning only a modest income of eight thousand rupees, he and his five brothers have to work very hard to earn a living. Therefore, his career in the field of music is quite crucial and has an important role to play in his life.
